Cabin on Blake Rates
Seasonal rates are listed below. We try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate guests' needs. Please contact us with any special requests. To make a reservation, 50% of your stay is due to hold your booking. 60 days prior to your date of arrival, the remaining 50% and security deposit is due.
Security Deposit- $500 (Fully refundable with no damage, proper care and cleanup.)
Pet Fee: $75/pet (up to two pets. We apologize, per Polk Country license 2 is the official max.)
Note on pets- Please ask prior to booking with pets. Guests must have permission for pets. They must stay leashed and in the yard.
Cleaning Fee- $150/stay

3-night min, with preference going to 5+ night stays.
